Italian style sweet sausage, spicy pepperoni, and VT made meatballs to this pie. Complemented by house-made marinara, and a mozzarella and provolone blend.

Buffalo sauce marinated chicken, Jasper Hill Blue Cheese, a mozzarella and provolone blend with a ranch and buffalo sauce base!
Classic Pepperoni and Cheese$18
Nothing screams pizza pie like pepperoni! So we simply use pepperoni and a mozzarella and provolone blend on top of our house-made marinara.
Prosciutto & VT Goat Cheese$18
VT Creamery's tangy goat cheese contrasts wonderfully with salty prosciutto on the pie along with crisp red onions, baby spinach, and a mozzarella and provolone blend that rests on top of fresh garlic and olive oil base.
Pesto Roasted Reds & 'Chokes$18
VT Fresh's basil pesto as a base, topped with roasted red peppers and our house-marinated artichoke hearts along with a mozzarella and provolone blend.
Truffled Mushroom$18
Large mushroom punch with sautéed mushrooms, our house-made Boursin cheese, mozzarella, and provolone blend and white truffle oil.

If this website looks like it was written by hand in HTML, well, that's exactly what happened. We don't believe in gratuitous use of fancy frameworks and animated effects; for most applications (such as this one), these just add unnecessary bloat while offering poor performance. The beer list uses a simple integration with the POS backend to deliver near real-time inventory. And yes, this web server is physically installed at the taproom.
